About me

Hi, my name is John. I am 19 years old and I am a czech student at the Secondary Industrial School and Business Academy Bruntál. My major is IT, as you could already tell from the homepage. I have been interested in computers since I was a kid, when my dad used to play games and I was fascinated by how it can all work.

Programming languages

I have experience with PHP, SQL and HTML/CSS, where I made websites. JAVA and that's mainly because of school where I learned OOP. Python because of its availability in Linux. And more recently Unreal Engine 5 and their blueprint programmin

Computer graphics

I open Adobe photoshop when I need to make simple edits for myself or someone else, most often a profile photo. I then spend most often in blender where I choose a simple product and do some modeling, texturing and animation. More recently it's back to Unreal Engine 5 where I try to realistically show the environment.

Other IT elements

Even though I'm not much of a hardware guy I'm fascinated by IOT. Lately I've been interested in Raspberry Pi and Home Assistant. I'm also trying to learn Cyber Security and with it the Cisco networking and Linux connection.

Hobbies

I speak Czech, English and I am learning Spanish. I'm an amateur cook, so I'm learning to cook my own dishes. When I'm abroad I like to take pictures of nature.

Music

Some of my favourite artists and bands are Linkin Park, $suicideboy$, Lana Del Rey, Viktor Sheen, Sub Focus and DeeThane.

Games

I've played over 100 single-player games. Some of my favourites are Mass Effect, Cyberpunk 2077, The Witcher and Crysis.
